Hng Yeam Thean, Head of Continuous Improvement, Teleflex Incorporated
 
Yeam Thean is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certificated Lean Expert. At his current role, he leads a cross-functional continuous improvement project achieving a total of USD $1.3M hard savings in 2018. His team has now achieved 90% of their goals, and he will be sharing tips from his success. 
·         Roadmap on how to integrate design thinking into OPEX programs to encourage process innovation, collaboration and idea generation
·         Identifying customer’s pain points: Review and rethink processes and operations from the customer’s lens
·         Developing an internal design thinking program aligning with strategic organisational goals

Chor Weng is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is currently working in the Group Centre of Operational Excellence team at SingTel. He initiates and leads cross-functional OPEX projects to enhance customer experience. He has been utilitising design thinking in his OPEX projects.
